About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Superintendent / Foreman / Carpenter to join our growing construction team in South & Central Florida. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who has hands-on carpentry experience and is also comfortable overseeing crews and job site operations.
As a key team member, you will be responsible for supervising construction projects, coordinating trades and materials, and performing carpentry work when needed to keep the job moving forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations on medical and/or commercial job sites.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and schedules.
Lead a crew of workers, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and scopes of work.
Perform rough and finish carpentry as required, including framing, trim, and other woodwork.
Ensure a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times.
Maintain open communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
