Read More All of our projects have been related to updating the facilities for physical accessibility including sitework nd interior elements. The Owner of the facilities is HCA the largest Healthcare Management company in the world. They have very precise tolerances for the work Toro and their subcontractors performed the work well to meet those precise tolerances. Another aspect of the projects was allowing the facilities to minimize downtime of the rooms where the work was done. Often this was done by working on the weekends but sometimes while the facilities was operation. All facilities were very pleased with the way they conducted themselves and with their planning and communication leading up to each phase of the work. In particular, Research Medical Center and Psych Center in Kansas City Missouri was a very challenging project due to size and the age of the building while maintaining the high standards mentioned above.

I would recommend Toro Engineering & Construction to any facility and particularly to facilities with complex planning and construction required.

The scheduling and coordination that it took with the different hospital department and staff to accomplish a project of this magnitude in the amount of time allotted by HCA Corporate is a true testament that Toro Engineering is by far a grade above most General Contractors. This was a very difficult project as it involved infection control to protect patient and staff, scheduling work around critical areas and the ability to stop and start work due to patient needs and still maintain a completion date set by corporate. Toro Engineering & Construction has the passionate, awareness and understanding, plus the design criteria and construction management knowledge requirement to assist the customer relating to any renovation and/or new construction projects especially in a healthcare environment. I know you will be delighted with Toro Engineering staff and versatility as a General Contracting firm. I had a working relationship with Mark and Toro Engineering in both a personal and healthcare field. This is a company you can have faith in and be satisfied with the end results. I have been in this business for almost 50 years and Toro Engineering by far is the best contractor that I have the pleasure working with when it comes to renovation projects and we know these type of projects are not easy.
